This extravagantly large villa uses 2.5 acres to locate in the most practical way an extensive array of high end facilities. Support of large family holidays was the major consideration when planning the location of each amenity. Consequently a wide diversity of ages and interests can do their holiday thing without constraint and without disrupting the relaxation of those just wanting to quietly unwind.
• An infinity overflow spa pool is heated as desired and by day overlooks the jungle and gorge of the Ayung River. Stars and fireflies provide nightime ambiance, while any partying noise is isolated by the spa's location, well away from sleeping children.
• In conversational reach of the pool and social focal point of the villa, the open bale billiard room, complete with a 12 foot x 6 foot slate based table, is always in use throughout day and evening. Drinks and snacks are immediately at hand from staff in the adjoining kitchen.
• Kids love the huge, 147 inch screen movie theatre with it's extensive library of children's movies, including many in 3D. It's also in high demand in the evening with 700+ mainly Bluray titles available. All movies at the villa all are genuine original quality sourced from Amazon. The readily available knock offs don't display at all well on a screen as large as this one
• Surrounded by shade trees, the full size tennis court enjoys pleasant breezes and is sufficiently removed from the main compound to avoid the carrying of any noise. It's complemented by an antique and rustic pavillion from Sulawesi.
• Shoppers and restaurant goers in the family party have the villa's 8 passenger private bus at their personal and immediate disposal. Guests predominantly use it as their own instantly on demand shuttle, with the 25 minute journey to downtown Ubud being typically made several times per day - shoppers almost always return to the villa for meals - then resume shopping.
• And of course the large and central overflow pool works for all ages and is in an open sunny area - overlooked by the villa's 5 buildings and verandas but not in their shadow. A pleasant and enjoyable water temperature is thus maintained year round.
